NADFAS (The National Association of Decorative & Fine Arts Societies) comprises over 330 Member Societies and over 90,000 Members throughout the country and abroad.

The Association has as its objectives:

- the promotion and advancement of the aesthetic education of the public

- the cultivation, appreciation and study of the decorative and fine arts,

- and the giving of aid to the preservation of our national artistic heritage for the benefit of the public.

Each Society plans a programme of monthly lectures by eminent speakers on a wide range of topics on all aspects of the decorative and fine arts.  They also arrange visits to museums, art galleries and places of historic interest.

The National Association produces a twice-yearly magazine and arranges cultural tours for members and their families.
